Here is a quick update for the sake of updating mostly.
I moved out from the meth lab.  I moved across the parking lot to a different apartment in my complex.  I live with two 20-year-old girls.  They're really nice and I feel comfortable in my apartment for the first time more than 2 months.

I washed my paycheck in my over-sized load of laundry. Damnit. You can still read my name and the amount, but it't very frayed and has a couple of holes in it. Hopefully the bank will still take it.

As I clean and pack my room for my second move in the last two weeks, I hear gurgling coming from the living room. My first thought is that the over-sized load of laundry I just started is over flowing in the washer. Yesterday, 11:00 a.m.:
I listen from my bed until I hear them leave to go "grocery" shopping.  I get up and walk to my old apartment for some consolation and brownies from Jenarael .

1:00 p.m.:
When I return to my apartment, I discover one roommate half asleep on the couch watching VH1's 100 Greatest Tragedies of Rock 'n Roll and two kegs in the "dinning ( Read more... )

I moved today into my new apartment with three straight frat boys.  As soon as I walked in, I knew I wanted to mop and buy as much room deodorizer as the FDA would allow.  Thankfully my room doesn't smell, only the living room, "dining room" and kitchen.  Our dining is empty ( Read more... )
